Dayna Mancini-Simmons
CEO/Founder and Marketing Magic Maker
Dayna is an entrepreneurial minded go-getter with a passion for teaching others the road to success. With over 15 years of marketing experience and degrees in Marketing and Graphic Design, plus a background in marketing, sales, and event planning, it was natural that the next step was to create her own agency.
You name it, she’s done it all – everything from wedding planner, waiting tables, and freelancing to Director of Marketing for multi-million dollar company. She has expertise in multiple areas of marketing, including graphic design, marketing strategy, event planning and coordination, branding, advertising and more. She’s helped create brands, scale businesses, bring in leads, and make it rain!

Kim Guenette-McDonald

There are few people that will take a leap of faith with you, and Kim is one of those people! When Dayna asked her to start a brand new business just 3 weeks before Christmas, she “jumped off the cliff with no parachute” with her!
Now, Kim is the glue that holds us all together, manning the admin duties, keeping a finger on the pulse of our client’s social media, and being responsible for our client’s delight.
When Kim isn’t delighting our clients, she’s spending time with her family and her dogs Lilly and Bella, traveling to Jamaica, or being a goddess with Athena’s Home Novelties.
Lev Poplow
Digital Marketing Strategist
Lev brings more than 2 decades of marketing experience to Obsessed With Success, honed in business, healthcare, non-profit, and arts environments. For the last 10 years, he has focused specifically on creating impactful social media marketing campaigns. Lev loves helping small and medium-sized businesses and non-profits, using the power of story to help them with all aspects of their marketing communications.
As a spiritual person, he believes in living from the heart, being of service to others, giving back, doing what you have passion for, and looking for the inherent beauty in all things. When not working, he volunteers with organizations that help the homeless and resettle refugees. He also enjoys biking, kayaking, cooking, making art, puttering in his garden, and reading.

Web Developer
Mohammed is our resident web guru. He works with small businesses, creative agencies, marketing strategists, and consultants to build websites and online marketing services to promote their business and generate more sales, so he’s a great fit for our team!
